I've got all the words today, Reader, about having no words. Before I get into it, I want to take a second to say, "Hi!"🙋🏼♀️to all the fabulous new people who have become part of my online family. Welcome to the fold, and the chats😉 Those of you who work with me or know me well, you know I'm never short of words. I'm feeling for them and their families. 😥We are losing our view of the ocean that has been my sacred joy for the 11 years we have lived in our home. I can stand in my kitchen and prepare dinner while staring at the crystal blue waters of Brighton. Right now new houses are being built that are destroying our view - and hubby and I are devastated. I'm working through these big emotions and am allowing them to be what they need to be. Feeling all the feels can be confronting, but there are ways to help you successfully process your feelings. It's important to NOT do the following:

I go into great detail about all of these points in my blog post 10 Ways to Release Challenging Emotions where I share how following these points can help you feel back in emotional balance. For now, I'm moving slowly and gently when I have emotional moments. In other moments I'm participating in the fun things with family and friends. I hope whatever is happening for you this weekend you are honouring what you need. If you need a bit of extra support - I'm here, and you are welcome to reply to share with me what you are experiencing. You never know, I might have a tip to help you 🥰 Chat soon, Reader. Ali x |
